Swimming Lessons
in at the deep end provides swimming lessons for all age groups and abilities. Lessons are available either in a group setting or on a 1:1 private lesson basis.
Swimming classes follow the ASA (Amateur Swimming Association) award scheme and also incorporates elements of the new and revised National Plan for Teaching Swimming (NPTS). It is anticipated that all swimming instructors will be able to teach all levels of the NPTS including the new FLIP 'n' fun (diving), AQUA fun (synchronised swimming), Water Polo and Lifesaving levels by January 2008.
