in at the deep end can provide lifeguarding or lifesaving courses to people of all ages. Courses can be ran with topics of your choosing and can include open water rescue. Certificated lifeguarding courses are available via the Bronze Medallion (children aged twelve and over) and the National Pool Lifeguard Qualifications (for people aged sixteen and over).
